Aleman Z-Series Visual Steam Station | Professional Milk Steamer (Gatling Style)

Sale price$259.005.0

No More Watery Milk. We engineered a specialized Water-Vapor Separation Structure inside the unit. This ensures that only powerful, dry steam exits the wand, giving you the perfect "microfoam" texture needed for pouring rosettas and swans. It rivals commercial machines in steam quality.

Type: mini

Filling: Fill to 60-70% capacity only. NEVER dry burn (heat without water).
Heating: Target pressure: 1.5 - 2.5 Bar. If gauge hits Red Zone, lower heat immediately.
Purging: Open steam wand for 2 seconds before frothing to clear condensation.
Shutdown: Turn off heat -> Open valve to depressurize. Do not open cap until gauge reads "0".

I love manual espresso but hated microwaving milk. This Gatling steamer solved that. Built like a tank—seriously, it's heavy. The steam is super dry. Took me a few tries to get the vortex right, but now I'm pouring decent rosettas. Be careful touching the metal body after use, it gets HOT.

Steam quality rivals commercial machines. The pressure gauge is accurate. My only gripe is draining the water after use is a bit annoying, you kinda have to shake it upside down. But for the price and the foam quality? Worth it.

Honestly, I bought it mainly for the looks because it looks sick on my counter. But the steam power is actually insane. Way stronger than my Gaggia. Just a heads up: use a high-power induction plate, otherwise you'll be waiting forever for it to heat up. Once it goes, it rips.
