2. Order Processing: The "Calibration" Phase

Great coffee requires precision, and quality cannot be rushed. Once your order is placed, please allow 2-4 business days for our technicians to perform final quality checks. 3. Shipping Timeframe

Because we ship directly from our manufacturing hub, our delivery times are slightly different from Amazon Prime—but we promise it’s worth the wait.

  • Standard Insured Shipping: 7 - 15 Business Days

  • (Note: Most of our customers in the US receive their orders within 8-12 days.)

Please note that this timeline covers the entire journey: from our workshop, through customs clearance, to the final mile delivery at your address.

    • Kindly Note: It may take 1-2 business days for the initial tracking scan to update as the package moves from our facility to the international logistics center.

5. Shipping Costs & Duties

  • Shipping Fees: Shipping costs are not included in the product price. They will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the total weight of your order.

  • United States: We handle the customs clearance process for you. While shipping fees apply, there are NO additional import duties or hidden tax fees for you to pay upon delivery.

  • International: For orders shipped outside the US, customers are responsible for shipping costs and any applicable customs duties or import taxes determined by their local government.
