The machine is quite easy to use, not as physically demanding as I imagined. It's very easy to maintain 9 bars of pressure, and the crema is rich. Customer service replies quickly and explains things in detail. Great service.

I used a Sonic S7 lever machine at an expo before and always wanted one, but the premium on that brand was too high, and it was made of aluminum alloy. After comparing many brands, I chose this Aleman lever machine. Seeing the all-stainless steel texture upon arrival hit the spot perfectly. Usage-wise, it is rock solid ('steady as an old dog')—I absolutely love it. With this, who needs other expensive machines? The value, texture, and user experience are miles ahead. Buy with confidence. I'm enjoying 2-3 cups a day; coffee from outside shops just doesn't compare anymore.
