I've been using manual levers for years (La Pavoni), but the 6P is in a different league. The spring lever takes the guesswork out of the pressure profile—it delivers a consistent, declining 9-bar shot every single time. The 58mm group head is a huge plus because I can finally use my VST baskets and expensive tampers. Just a warning: the exposed boiler gets VERY hot, so keep your hands clear.
This machine makes my cafe more attractive. In fact, it can meet our commercial needs. In my spare time, I also use it to make coffee. I think no barista could resist the pleasure this machine brings.
